Young Artists for St. Jude
Earlier this month I donated a painting to Young Artists for St. Jude, an art auction benefitting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. I'm very proud to say it was accepted! The theme for the auction is "The Beauty of Life." I submitted this watercolor I did back in 2008:

Thank you, Carly, for such a fabulous donation! The Young Artists for St. Jude 2011 event raised over $70,000 to benefit children with cancer and other catastrophic illnesses, and your donation was one not only of great talent and promise, but of love and caring. We hope you will join us for The Young Artists for St. Jude 2012 event (past participants are automatically included in our future showings) and that you will spread the word to other talented artists who will vie for a spot. Please spread the word and look for information about the 2012 event after the first of the year!!!
